1. Scope of Work
Zynox Technologies agrees to provide web, tech, or digital services as outlined in the project proposal.
2. Timeline
Both parties agree on a timeline and milestones for project completion. Delays caused by either party must be communicated promptly.
3. Payment Terms
- Payments may be split into milestones (e.g., 50% upfront, 50% upon delivery).
- Late payments may result in service interruption.
4. Revisions & Feedback
A limited number of revisions will be included as per the agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
5. Intellectual Property
All deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment unless otherwise agreed.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree not to disclose any confidential information related to the project.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date will apply.
