At Zynox Technologies, we aim to provide the highest quality services. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how payments and service cancellations are handled.

1. Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation before the project officially begins. If work has already started, a cancellation fee may apply, based on the time and effort spent.

2. Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: Issued only if the project has not started.
  • No Refund: Once the project is started after client approval.

3. Subscription Services

For monthly services (e.g., hosting or maintenance), cancellation should be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

4. Custom Development

Refunds are not applicable to completed custom work, design services, or consultations.
